If you have obtained a pet which already has a microchip, you can search the National Database for an existing account. If there are no records found or the previous owner did not submit their contact information, complete the form below to register your pet's existing microchip. You can also complete a transfer form if an account is located. Once your contact information is updated, you can view your account online any time. There is a fee of $19.95 due upon submitting your current contact information.

Remember: Microchip numbers do not contain the letters I or O but may contain the numbers ONE and ZERO instead. Enter only microchip numbers with no *asterisk -hyphens  spaces, words or commas. Microchip numbers are likely to contain 9, 10, or 15 characters.
